We normally deliver to your door within 2-5 working days for items available and in stock.
Delivery can be to any address in the UK and Channel Islands.
If for any reason you want to return goods to us you may do so within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The goods must be unworn, in their original packaging and complete with swing tickets and labels intact and attached. Please allow up to 2 weeks once you have returned your parcel for the refund to be credited. It is ESSENTIAL that you return the goods with an advice note listing the contents and reason for return. Return of goods made outside this period, or otherwise not in accordance with our returns policy, may not be accepted by us for refund and may be returned by us to you at your expense. Our returns policy is an additional safeguard for you and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
When returning goods within our 14 day approval period via the Post Office (we recommend you send it by registered post) please obtain a certificate of Posting, which should be kept as it will be required if the parcel should go astray.
We normally aim to fulfil orders within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed with you at or subsequent to accepting your order) however delays beyond our control may occur. We will notify you in this case with your order.
We charge £3.50 per order postage and packing . Goods if in stock are sent out within 48 hours of receiving order.
Payment with order is required in all cases. You can use your Visa, Maestro, Delta or credit card to pay for your order.
If you wish to place an order you should select the correct size, colour and quantity (not all items have these options). Different brands sizing can vary. All orders are subject to our acceptance. When you submit an order via our website you will receive a confirmatory email within 24 hours as an acknowledgement of your order.
The email does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch goods to you.
